The contract required detailed qualitative responses across service delivery, employability pathways, safeguarding, social value, and innovation — 14 questions scored across five weighted categories.
I wrote the full response. Legends won, retaining and extending a contract they've held since 2017. The submission scored 97%.
The tender was successful — we just got the notice. We were up against four other, professionally written submissions, but ours scored 196.60 out of a possible 200 and was the easy winner. Many thanks for all the support and help throughout."
