The brief
Everything Asbestos needed to win a competitive public sector tender with Colchester City Council, including a full social value framework. Their website also hadn't been touched in years. For a contractor in a heavily regulated industry, that's not a cosmetic problem. It's a credibility one.
What I did

Worked through the council's social value framework measure by measure, keeping only commitments the business could genuinely evidence: local supply chain spend, mental health first aid training and prompt payment.

Built the experience section from three real contracts, each written up in its own voice.

Moved the website to Wix Studio, with the company's credentials built into the structured data.

Tidied up the logo.
The outcome
The tender was successful: a £500k contract, won by a small, properly licensed contractor in a competitive tender. The new site is live at everythingasbestos.co.uk.
